Yachtlife's Assistance is the "in-house help desk" created by our company to offer assistance via web to our Customers. This service is organized on third levels: FAQ (or "knowledge base"); Counseiling Service; Professional Advice.
- FAQs (the first level) is prepared to answer the most commonly asked questions, or provide resolutions that often belong in an FAQ (or "knowledge base"); FAQ's are posted on our website and can be viewed free of charge for registered users.
- Counseling Service (the second level) possesses the professional resources (Sworn Licensed Brokers, Lawyers, Business Consultants) to handle more difficult calls; this service is activated at the request of the Customer.
- Professional Advice (the third level) is the service manufactured by our company in collaboration with specialized trained professionals (Sworn Licensed Brokers, Lawyers, Business Consultants) that they are able to analyze a complex question and release written opinions on the issues; this service is activated at the request of the Customer.
